Kristen joined Optima Group in 2013 and is responsible for Digital Strategies utilizing digital and social platforms and technologies and ensures that digital initiatives are integrated as part of a comprehensive marketing program. She works with clients to understand their goals and create and implement proactive social strategies focused on building awareness and business growth. Strategies go from initial concept through development to delivery and optimization. Kristen is also well versed in the reporting and analytics of social data and tracking clients’ social media efforts including overall buzz, impact and influence. Kristen holds a B.S. in Psychology from George Mason University.
